What to expect
A facilitator isn't there to tell your team what its culture should be. They're there to make sure the team can say it themselves.

In about 90 minutes, your team works through a deck of behaviours and decides — together, out loud — which ones they want more of and which they want less of. What they leave with is a shared standard in their own words, one or two clear takeaways, and usually one conversation that had been waiting years to happen. It's designed to be run again, on new questions, as the team's thinking develops.
The value of bringing in a certified facilitator is simple: they hold the structure so nobody on your team has to, and they're not implicated in the answer. A leader running their own session is always, quietly, a participant. A facilitator isn't.
