No jargon, no scores, no personality types. Just a behaviour a team recognises instantly from their actual work — Tell it like it is, Avoid conflict at all costs, Make time for people, Never be wrong. The language is deliberately ordinary, because the whole point is that people argue about the behaviour, not the wording.
Why cards, and not a survey
A card is a physical object. It can be picked up, held, pointed at, and moved. When a team argues about where a card goes, they're arguing about something on the table between them rather than something inside one person's head. That small shift — from accusation to object — is what makes the honest conversation survivable.
It also means the team can see the whole picture at once. Not a bar chart of what a consultant found. The actual behaviours, laid out, sorted by them.
